For US Orders: EYI ships throughout North America, Canada, and PR. US and PR products are shipped from EYI's PA warehouse. Canadian orders are shipped from EYI's BC Canadian warehouse. We take care to package and deliver your order securely and accurately right to your door in the fastest time possible. We place all orders immediately upon receipt of payment information. Calorad® will usually be delivered within 5-7 days of validation of transaction.* If you have any questions or comments regarding our shipping terms, please do not hesitate to contact us.
*Delivery times may vary depending upon location and shipping method chosen. Ground Shipping Examples: PA shipments usually take only 2 business days, shipment for states around the state of PA usually only take approximately 4 business days. Further states - CA, WA, NV, MT, NM, etc. usually take 5-7 days. Note: these delivery times are based upon validation of transaction and shipping method chosen.

For a FULL REFUND, contact customer service at 604-759-5000 or email customer service, helpme@eyi.us, for a RGA number, "Return Goods Authorization Number". The RGA number will need to be written on the outside of the returned box. Return the unused portion of your Calorad within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we’ll refund your credit card. We only ask that you include a short note telling us why you weren’t completely satisfied. Please be sure to include the purchase/invoice number. S&H are non refundable.

REFUND TO INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATES/MEMBERS
To request a return, contact EYI for a “Return Goods Authorization Number”. Return the unused portion of your product within 30 days from the day of purchase. IBA’s must include the purchase/invoice number and cover the cost of the product return.
If an IBA is not satisfied with a given EYI product, EYI will replace the product with a product of same or like value, less shipping and handling charges. The IBA is responsible for the replacement shipping and handling cost.
Refunds will be issued upon request. Please keep in mind that EYI will not issue any refunds for product(s) previously certified as sold under the 70% rule. (Please refer to Policies and Procedures, “Inventory”, page 11, for details). As well, your refund will be less commission paid on the returned product. Business volume issued to the Upline at the time of purchase will be removed from the binary, and adjusted accordingly at the time of the return. IBA’s effected by the negative BV adjustment will be responsible to reimburse EYI for all commission they may have earned at the time of the purchase.
Refunds are less original shipping and handling fee’s, and are subject to a 10% processing fee. Membership fees are non-refundable. The offer is void if product is more than 50% used.
The above scenarios will be offered up until one (1) year from the purchase date providing the product is returnable to stock and in re-sellable condition.
