Basic RISE & SHINE Health Shake Recipe (Serves 1)

1 ounce Noni-Plus Juice
1 ounce Super Oxy-Up
2 tsp. Iso-Greens
6 ounces pure water
(Note:  Do NOT add any Agrisept-L to this shake.  It alters the effectiveness of the enzymes in the Iso-Greens. Take your Agrisept-L, 15 minutes prior to meals, in juice.)

Take on an empty stomach (3 hours after eating) or before meals.  Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything except water.  Keep Noni-Plus refrigerated after opening.

2-3 tsp. Iso-Greens
6 ounces pure water

When to take this?
First thing in the morning, then wait 30 minutes before drinking or eating anything, except water.  The shakes can be taken for a mid-afternoon pick- me-up, or for a boost in the evening.
